We value the trust you place in our work and believe in providing clear expectations before and after every purchase.

Please review this policy carefully before completing your order.

1. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

Digital artwork and downloadable prints

Ebooks and educational guides

Creative workbooks and journals

Affirmation pages and digital bundles

Downloadable creative materials

Other electronically delivered products

Digital Delivery

Digital purchases are delivered electronically using the method specified during checkout or in the order confirmation.

Digital products do not require physical shipping.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, file formats, compatibility requirements, and selected variants before purchasing.

Digital Product Refund Policy

All digital product sales are final once the purchased files have been delivered or made accessible to the customer, except where refunds or other remedies are required by applicable law.

Because digital materials can be immediately accessed, downloaded, copied, or retained after delivery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with clearly disclosed product features.

However, if a digital product is defective, inaccessible due to a problem on our end, materially different from its description, or not delivered as promised, please contact us.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include correcting the file, restoring access, providing a replacement, or issuing a refund when warranted or legally required.

2. Specialized & Custom Design Products

Specialized design products include personalized artwork, commissioned creative work, custom graphics, individually tailored designs, and other creations produced according to a customer's specifications.

Custom Design Refund Policy

Specialized, personalized, and custom design purchases are generally non-refundable once the agreed creative work has begun or the completed design has been delivered.

This policy reflects the time, planning, research, preparation, and creative labor involved in producing individualized work.

Refunds will not ordinarily be granted for changes of mind, changes in personal preference, or requests outside the agreed project scope after work has begun.

If a project is canceled before work begins, any refund eligibility will depend on the written project agreement, services already provided, and applicable law.

If DbS Creative Studio is unable to fulfill an agreed project, or the delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed specifications, we will review appropriate corrective measures or refunds as required.

Revisions & Approvals

Any included revisions, approval stages, delivery dates, and additional design charges must be specified in the individual project agreement.

Additional revisions or requests beyond the approved scope may require separate payment.

3. Physical Artwork & Merchandise

Physical products may include art prints, printed creative materials, and other tangible studio offerings.

Order Processing

Processing times vary according to the product and production method.

Made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipping.

Any specific production or dispatch estimate communicated at the time of purchase will apply to that order.

Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated before purchase confirmation.

Shipping fees may vary depending on destination, package dimensions, weight, and shipping service.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law, including the opportunity to consent to a revised shipping date or cancel for a refund.

If no shipping timeframe was stated, applicable federal shipping requirements will govern.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us promptly.

We cannot guarantee that shipping details can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Any additional costs resulting from customer-provided address errors may be the customer's responsibility, where legally permitted.

4. Returns of Physical Products

Made-to-Order & Personalized Products

Made-to-order, personalized, and custom-produced physical products are generally final sale and are not eligible for discretionary returns or exchanges.

This does not affect legal rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misrepresented products.

Standard Physical Products

For non-custom physical products, return eligibility is as follows:

Return Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.

Return Authorization: Customers must contact the studio before sending a return.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for discretionary returns unless otherwise stated or legally required.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly.

Include:

Your order number

A description of the problem

Clear photographs of the product and packaging, if available

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, correction, return, or refund.

We will honor applicable consumer rights regardless of whether the item is ordinarily designated final sale.

6. Order Cancellations

Digital purchases generally cannot be canceled after the product has been delivered or made accessible.

Custom design orders may be subject to cancellation charges for work already completed, according to the agreed project terms.

Physical orders may be canceled before production or fulfillment begins when cancellation is operationally possible.

Any legally required cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method when possible.

The time required for a refund to appear may vary depending on the payment processor or financial institution.

Refunds required by law will be processed within applicable legal deadlines.

8. Contact & Support

If you experience an issue with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to assist.

However, nothing in this policy limits your lawful right to dispute a charge or pursue another available remedy.
